The seller has accepted our offer.. at a good bit less than their original asking price >> I mean, come on, did you really expect us not to work a deal?? I mean.. the Lord can work it!!

Needless to say.. we are a little excited. Thanks for all your prayers.. and please continue as the rest of the process must go on before closing - which is set for April 12.. it will be cool to celebrate Easter in our first house. and don't worry.. pictures will come!!
