one true sign

Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen... By faith Abraham obeyed when he was called to go out to a place that he was to receive as an inheritance. And he went out, not knowing where he was going. By faith he went to live in the land of promise... For he was looking forward to the city that has foundations, whose designer and builder is God. - Hebrews 11.

these are words that inspire me greatly in this time... this time of preparation for things to come... this time of training and learning... this time of great dependence on the Lord to fulfill his promise in my calling. oh how I cannot wait for that "city that has foundations, whose designer and builder is God."

this world tries to lead us to do so many things... to try this... to pursue that... saying that this is how to obtain that "wonderful" life you are suppose to live [thanks ktb]. but the One True Source of life declares... "Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect... Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer." - Romans 12.

so I chose to rejoice in the hope of His faithfulness in all things promised to us - His beloved sons and daughters... and trust in His leading of my heart, made pure by His blood, to test and find those things that are declared "good... acceptable... perfect." Thank You my King for them.
